Abstract:
Needed motivation for serious implementing and adherence to organizational purposes are among effective factors on quality of activities in all of originations and private and public institutions. Conceptual framework for present study is based on Derik's study (2006), in which organizational performance is regarded as dependent variable and variables of employees' turnover, workload, job stress, payments, job satisfaction, and employee's work conflict in family are considered as independent variables. During this study, data was collected using Likert's scale and analyzed by regression. According to research results, employees' turnover has a positive significant effect on organizational performance. Employees' workload has a positive significant effect on organizational performance. Also job stress has a positive significant effect on organizational performance. Employees' payment and work conflict in family are a significant effect on organizational performance.
