One of the main subject in whole of societies is cultural challenges and elite scientist tries for recognize these subjects and resolve them. However, they cannot resolve this challenges on the contrary we observe day to day these problems be bigger and more serious and they aren’t successfully We should know the west model cannot help us for resolve these cultural challenges as same as they cannot help us for resolve economic or political challenges and we don’t need to prove this argue because today’s condition demonstrate this fact. Therefore, we want to represent new model of Islamic religion specific philosophy of religion that help to whole of the societies for resolve their problems also change their society to utopia. First you know there are a necessary relation between our believing and our behavior with cultural challenges rather all of challenges. We want to prove this relation in this article, when you commit sins for example rape or indecency or aggression you should know you have been caught by that sin. Therefore, these afflictions for example divorce; drug addict, poverty and unemployment have occurred for you and for your society have come from your sins or your behavior. Thus we comprehend the fact of this verse of Quran that say if you want to change your society and resolve your challenges you should emend your behavior For each person, there are Angels Following one another, before him and Behind him who guard him by Allah s Command Verily, Allah will not Change the good and the bestowed Condition of a people until they change What is in themselves from good to Evil Quran part:Al.rad,verse11
