The importance of confrontation with challenges of knowledge management in the industries of Iran

nowadays, knowledge management can help to creat more added values and increase productivity and growth opportunities in the new knowledge based economies. Knowledge management role in the world will be explained in this article initially through optimizing decision making and creative thinking expanding flexibility extending profits , reducing working time, increasing productivity , creating new business opportunities, dectrasing costs,enlarging market share, improving staff motivation , developing organizational learning innovation and entrepreneurship.then the important challenges of knowledge management for creating new capacities and organizational development inour country will be described. finally some fundamental solutions such as the necessities of stategic planning, restructuring , documentation , intellenctual property rights, etc. for designing and launching comperhensive knowledge management systems in the industries of iran will be offered.
