After two subculture, NAA: 0.1 mg/l is selected as the best hommne for regeneration of shoms. Then rhyzogeuese treatments on this media is done with changing concentration,type and combination of rooting hormones. The best rooting level is 0.1 mg/l of IBA Then these plant let established is sterile roil (peat-sand-homos in equl percents) ""th pOlythylene cap and this plantlets then, transfered to germinator acclimatization step on this plants is done with successfuly. .
