بررسی توسعه تنوع ژنتیکی از طریق دورگ گیری و بررسی نتاج نسل ‭F1 ‬ژنوتیپ های گندم

Reduction of the effects of production limiting factors, specially heat and drought stresses through making diverse genotypes with yield maintain ability in different environmental conditions and optimum level of desired agronomic traits, is very necessary. So, In order to create new lines of bread wheat possessed good agronomic traits such as strong early vigor, earliness, good plant type, resistance to shattering, biotic and abiotic stresses, crosses were made at Gachsaran Agricultural Research Station in 2008-09 growing season among 26 parents. Furthermore, for evaluation of F1 populations the seeds of each F1 cross were planted neighboring its parents in 2009-10. During the growing period some characteristics like plant height, peduncle length, tiller number, flag leaf length and spike length were controlled in parents and progenies. At the result, 34 F1 populations were selected for further evaluation in the next years.
