بررسی خصوصیات زراعی و عملکرد دانه ژنوتبپ های گندم نان در آزمایشات پیشرفته مقایسه عملکرد در شرایط نیمه گرم سیری دیم

In the absence of any significant biotechnological advance to date in increasing the drought tolerance of the major crop plants, plant improvement is dependent upon the screening of a wide range of germplasm for our major crops in order to identify genetic variation in major traits involved in environmental stresses tolerance. To find tolerant and high yielding varieties under heat and drought stresses, 72 bread wheat genotypes were evaluated in three separate experiments at Gachsaran, Gonbad, Khoram abad, Moghan and Ilam agricultural research stations in 2008-9. In four advanced experiments (A1, A2, A3 and A4) 18 genotypes, carried out in randomized complete block design with three replications. In A1 test, lines no. 1, 3, 4, 6 and 7 were in the same class with check and they have optimum level of the other considered traits. In A2 test, based on grain yield as the most important trait and the other agronomic traits, lines no. 3, 4, 6, 7,8,12, 13 and 16 were selected. These lines had partially earliness and optimum thousand kernel weight and agronomic score.
