بررسی جمع آوری، شناسایی، ارزیابی و حفاظت بذور گیاهان دارویی استان همدان به منظور تکمیل و تقویت بانک ژن گیاهی

Collection, identification, evaluation and maintainence of medicinal plant seeds in Hamedan province for gene bank development were carried out from 2003 to 2007 at different parts of Hameden province. The province was divided to different zone based on dimatic condiLion ami I.:ach area wus invcstiguLl.:d annually. Necessary' information such as, location. date. site characteristics including slop, direction. altitude, precipitation, temperature, soil texture. vegetation types and companion plants were noted in special forms. During 4 years. 223 specimens belonging to 38 families, 92 genera and 109 species were collected and identified. The result showed that some families such as Asteraceae (with 20 genera, 23 species and 50 specimen) , Lamiaceae ( (with 11 genera, 16 species and 25 specimen) , Fabaceae (with 6 genera, 7 species and 18 specimen) and Rosaceae (with 5 genera, 6 species and 18 specimen) had higher numerical mean ratio. The most collected specimen is belon!; to: Rhus coriaria,Planlago lanceolata ,Achillea millefo/ium ,Lraiw:gu.\ jJM.:uduh~/c:/"uphyliu and RUlllex sp with 7 specimen in each none. Also 22 specimen from 22 species is belong to medicinal cultivated specimen in Garden of Bu-Ali Sina medicinal plants. The .species of Slachy.~ lavandulifolia,Thymus fallax,Teucrium polium.Slachy... inflala.A,"lragalus go.uypinu MelilolW ojJicinali:i, Glycyrrhiza glabra .Achillea millefolium.Gul1delia IOllrneforli. Tanacetum parlhenium. Tanacelum polycephallum ,Falcaria vulgaris,Phy.rospermum cornubiens. Urlica dioica ,Hypericum scabrum,Rumex sp,Al/ium hirlifolium were distributed in province different parts. Alvand mountain, Nahavand Kian, ~sadabad Galebor region, Lashkardar mountahk of Malayer, Razan Boughati region, and Garin mountain in Nahavand had high potential for collection and produce of natural medicinal seed. The species of 111ymus fal/ax, Slachys IUl'lIfldlllifo!ia. TellcriulII polhlll/. Cichorillll1 illlybl/s. Allil/Ill hirlifo/iU/1l alld Glycyrrhi=a ~/ahra grown in altitude 1540- 2850 m and province people collect this species in wide area and sometimes export to out of province.
