بررسی خصوصیات زراعی و عملکرد دانه ژنوتیپهای گندم نان در آزمایشات مقایسه عملکرد مناطق گرمسیر و نیمه گرمسیر

In order to evaluation of grain yield and some agronomic characteristics of some spring bread wheat lines and genotypes this experiment was conducted in moghan agricultural research center in 2005-2006, planting season. This experiment was include two main parts, advanced yield trial (ARWYT) with 7 A test and one B test (80 lines and cultivars) and preliminary yield trial ( 216 lines and cultivars) with two checks zagross and koohdasht. Each plot size in yield trial experiment was planted ( 1.2 m *5 m = 7.2 m2) in three replications and each plot size in PRWYT was the same size but without replication. The result of ANDV A analysis for grain yield in AR WYT test experiments showed we have significant differences between treatments in all tests, finally 50 best genotypes was selected in comparing with check. In the experiment ofPBWYT we selected 60 best lines. The two best genotypes for grain yield were numbers 85, 87 they had more than 3334 gram per plot grain yield. These lines are resistant to yellow rust, fusarium head scab. Finally from a11296 lines and cultivars was selected 110 lines(29%), resistance to yellow rust, . FRS, suitable of plant high 95 em and date of heading and early maturity were the main characters in selection.
