بررسی و انتخاب ژنوتیپ هایی با صفات مطلوب زراعی در نسل های در حال تفکیک عدس در آزمایشات داخلی

Our aim was to find homozygote varieties and upper lines of lentil in segregation population in national experiment. This experiment performanced in 3 station: Kermanshah( Sararood),Maragheh and Ardabil. In Kermanshahthis trial includes two generations :first experiment wasstudied on segregating population of lentil in F5 .In this experimen 6 crosses were studied and their seed were planted beside their parents. finally we chose 128 mono bushes which have preference and we will enter them in F6 next year. Second experiment wasstudied on Segregating population of lentil in F6 . In this experiment we selected 38 the best rows that reached to homozygosis. Unfortunately,agrotis pest damaged the seeds in other two stations.
