بررسی احیا و ارزیابی برای تحمل به سرما در کلکسیون عدس بانک ژن گیاهی ملی ایران

Since there is a larg number and high diversity between Iranian Jandraces of lentil, Finding cold tolerance accessions is very valuable. Therefore Iranian lentil gennplasm was evaluated for cold tolerance in Jolgeh-Rokh, Arak and Ardebil stations during 5 years. A tota1ly 1600 accessions of lentil collcction of NPGBI were evaluated in this project. Four hundreds accessions were regenerated every year in Karaj and in following planted in stations in September to October. Usually accessions were growing in carly of November, but mostly I werc died by forest in winter. However most of accessions were alive in Arak and Ardebil after forest, but it was by escapeing mechanism. In JoJgeh~Rokh only a few number of' accessions, could stay alive. These accessions were evaluated in next year again. Selection a larg portion of these accessions as cold tolerance indicated that this kind. of selection is usfull . in .primary stages.
