Abstract:

In order to study the effects of spraying different fertilizer sources on iron-chlorosis improvement on grape, an experiment was conducted as two experiments in randomized complete block design with four replication during two cropping years in yasuj. Treatments of first experiment consisted of a control, citric acid 2000, citric acid 6000, sulphuric acid 38, iron sulphate 5000 mgl-1 and Treatments of second experiment consisted of a control, Urea 5000, Ammonium sulphate 5000 mgl-1, Sequestrene 138-Fe 50 gr as a soil application. Result of first experiment: The result find out of combined analysis of variance mean yield grape, cluster length, cluster weight and TSS was showed that the effect of fertilizer treatments[citric acid 2000, citric acid 6000, sulphuric acid 38, iron sulphate 5000 mgl-1 and testifier(aquapura)] and interaction of year and fertilizer treatments on grape yield was not significant but studing and comparison of means was showed that application of all fertilizer treatments was caused addition this characters in comparison with testifier. Foliar spray of iron sulphate with 5000 mgl-1 concentration have had maximum effect in addition mean cluster weight and effect minimum has concerned to the testifier treatment. The result find out of combined analysis of variance iron concentration in leaf was showed that effect of fertilizer treatments application and interaction of year and fertilizer treatments on this character was significant in order at 1% and 5% level of probability. comparison of means iron concentration in leaf was showed that foliar spray caused significant addition of iron sulpHate with 5000 mgl-1 concentration in leaf in comparison with testifier and other treatments. Result of second experiment: The result find out of combined analysis of variance mean yield grape, cluster length, cluster weight and %TSS was showed that the effect of fertilizer treatments [Urea 5000, Ammonium sulphate 5000 mgl-1, Sequestrene 138-Fe 60 gr and Testifier (aquapura)] also interaction of year and fertilizer treatments on grape yield was not significant but as for find out, application of all fertilizer treatments was caused addition this characters in comparison with testifier. Maximum yield mean has caused by ammonium sulphate with 5000 mgl-1 concentration. Sequestrene 138-Fe application has caused maximum mean of cluster weight and %TSS. The result find out of combined analysis of variance iron concentration in leaf was showed that effect of fertilizer treatments on this character was significant at 1% level of probability. Comparison of means iron concentration in leaf was showed that sequestrene 138-Fe application in soil has caused maximum effect in iron concentration in leaf grape.
