بررسی و لاین های دارای صفات مطلوب در توده های دورگ و نسلهای در حال تفکیک جو

Segregation in populations always is beginning from F2 and continue to several generations (F5 F6). In this investigation, 26 F2 population, which had been received from KARAJ were evaluated for suitable traits and 13 accession were selected. 13 genotypes were selected from 54 F3 and 17 accession were selected from 23 F4 generations, the Modified bulk method were used F1 from F2 to F5 and 10 lines of F5 and 7 lines from F6 were selected using of the pedigree method. Each accession were planted in 6 rows, 9 meters length. Makoue and valfajer cultivars were planted after each 20 genotypes as checks.
