بررسی و انتخاب لاینهای نخود متحمل به بیماری برق زدگی در خزانه بین المللی

In order to evaluation of chickpea lines resistance to the Ascochyta blight disease this survey with 40 lines were risived trom international center for Agricultural Research in Dry Areas (JCARDA) Canied out in station conditions of Gachsaran, Kermanshah and Moghan. Experimantal design was complete randomized block with 2 replications under Mist in-igation system. Each Hne was planted in two rows with 3 meter length and 2 rows of suceptable cultivar was grown between each 2 lines for diseases spreader. All Lines was inoculated at tillering stage with inoculum plants that collected tram last year. Reaction to Ascochyta blight was scored after symptoms emergens , following the singh t al (I 98 I 1990) methods.The result of this survey in the Gachsaran station showed that from 40 lines> 4 lines were evaluated as resistant, 10 lines moderately resistant ,24 lines tolerance, 2 lines moderately suceptable. in the Kermanshah line was resistant 29 lines were moderately resistant, 10 lines were tolerance and in the Moghan , 9 lines were resistant, 19 lines were moderately resistant and 12 lines were tolerance. In the Gachsaran, Kennaushah and Moghan stations, From 41 lines were classified in to 4 class as resistant, moderately resistant, tolerance and suceptable.
