بررسی تاثیر سم راگبی روی نماتد مولد غده ریشه ‭Meloidogyne javanica ‬درگوجه فرنگی

Root -knot nematode Meloidogyne javanica is an important pest in tomato fields.In this study, an experiment based on Complete randomized block design with 4 replications and five following treatments was carried out : D4 -90kg .Rugby 10G/ha D3 70kg. Rugby 10G/ha D2-50kg . Rugby 10G/ha D1-30kg . Rugby 10G/ha D0-Untreated Control Root kont nematodes were Counted in 250 cc soil samples prior to Rugby application and after crop harvest .The tomato roots were graded for nematode infection after harvest.The crop yield was recoroded for the seven harvest.The results showed that in all treatments except untreated plots Pf/Pi<1. The statistical mean gall index difference between treated and untreated plots was significant at the 1% level.Crop yields in treated plots were: 44.350 ,30.050,27.690, and 25.720tons per hectare in Comparison with 10 290 T/ha for the untreated control.The best treatment for control tomato root-knot nematode was the use of 90 T/ha of Rugby 10%G insecticide - nematicide.
