بررسی توده های دورگ و نسلهای در حال تفکیک جو

In this study, segregating populations of barley ( 190 F2s, 41 F3s, and 59 F4s) investigated with modified bulk method and 34 generations of F5 and 59 generations of F6 investigated with pedigree method and compared with three check cultivars include Numar, Tropi and zabol local barley. At the result 76 masses from F2, 6 masses from F3, 36 single plant from F4 and 10 single plant from F5 were selected. 15 generations from F5 and 20 generation ftomF6 that pured were selected for preliminary experiment in next year.
