ارزیابی تحمل به خشکی در ارقام و لاین های جو

In order to evaluation of drought tolerance in 73 varietirs/lines of barley this investigation was done. The experiment was complete block design with three replications. Drought applied after 50% flowering stage by cut irrigation to maturity. Characteristics including DHE, DMA, SP. LE, PED. LE, FTN GN/SP, TKW, YLD and HI were measured. There was no differences between varieties and checks. but varieties NO.1, 4, 12, 14, 18 and 7 with respect to grain yield and other characteristics were betler than the others and were selected for advance trials. Regression between grain yield and biological yield was significant with r=%82. Path analysis indicated that By and HI determine 97 percent of variability of grain yield. And this two traits are important in drought stress condition.
