بررسی صفات کمی لاینها و ارقام گندم دوروم در آزمایشات مشاهده ای و مقایسه عملکرد بین المللی

In order to find genetic variation and superior durum wheat lines,the present investigation was carried out jointy in cooperation with 473 lines and cultivars were included in three separate experiments at the farm of Nishaboor agricultural Research Station during 2002-2003 growing season: 1-34th-IDSN-This experiment was consisted of295 durum wheat lines . Each line were planted in two row and 2 metres length. Aria and Tarro-3 lines as checks were acomodated after every 20 lines. 2-32nd- EDUYT-Consist of 128 lines were laid out in an augumented design 3-34th.IDYN.including 50 lines,which laid out in a Alpha Latice de sigh. From IDSN a number of 60 superiour lines were Selected to in corporate in succeding preliminary regina1 yield trail Selection was carried out based on yield and some other agronomic traits like earliness,lack of yellow berry and test wheight. At same time 45 superior lines were selected from EDUYT traits for further studies. Results revealed that there was no significant differences amoung lines under study and Aria was as the control. However 17 lines which their has equal or more yield than the control were selected for preliminary reginal yield trail.
