بررسی در توده های دورگ و نسلهای در حال تفکیک جو

Segregation in population always is beginnig fro F5 to several generation (F5-F6). In this investigation, 66 F2 population, that had been recived from KARAJ were evaluated for suitable traits, 28 accession were selected, 8 genotypes were selected from 20 F3 and 31 accession were selected from 41 F4 generations. Modified bulk method were used F1 from F2 to F5 and 8 lines from F6 were selected with using of the pedigree method. Each accession were planted in 6 rows, 9 meters lenght, Makoue and valfajr cultivars were planted after each 20 genotypes as a checks.
