Abstract:
Today, organizations will become more dependent on employees who are willing to contribute to effective organizational functioning, regardless of their formal role requirements. Thus, employee extra-role behaviors, such as organization citizenship behavior (OCB), have become increasingly important for the survival of these organizations. In the other hand, Organization entrepreneurship is a strategic orientation involving the regeneration of products, processes, services, strategies or even the entire organization. organization entrepreneurship can have a significant impact on an organization's financial and market performance. This article tends to consider the role of OCB in creating entrepreneurship in the organization. In this research the nature and antecedent of OCB and entrepreneurship analyzed and explore the relationship between characteristics of this two factor. The result of this paper show that encourage satisfaction, commitment and trust can be lead to OCB; and OCB create a climate in which entrepreneurship contributions can be occur.
