A Paradigm of Entrepreneurship: Sustainable Entrepreneurship

Based on the results of the literature review, there are many definitions which try to reveal the meaning of Sustainable entrepreneurship. Sustainable entrepreneurs who create and build profitable companies that also pursue environmental or social causes are the key elements for the success of such enterprise. In the present study, first, by reviewing the literature on entrepreneurship, we try to summarize major themes in this area. Then, we discuss about challenge, drivers which motivate entrepreneurs, the advantages and future of the subject finally, we conclude that a concept of sustainable entrepreneurship should consider factors that provide an innovative environment and facilitate entrepreneurial behavior. Being exploratory in nature, non- quantitative methods are selected for the study.
