Abstract:
Organizations, no matter of their size or industry, achieve their business objectives with the collaboration of employees. Relationships between employees are important element of employee satisfaction, which can be related to business results of companies. Corporate entrepreneurship can also have influence on business performance of companies. Hypotheses are stated and empirically tested on the basis of responses to the structured questionnaire on the sample of Slovenian companies. Research results in dicate positive relationships between relationships between employees and corporate entrepreneurship and between corporate entrepreneurship and company growth.
