Creativity, Innovation and Holistic Approach abstract
Innovation must be embedded into all activities of enterprise. SMEs have lack of sources to maintain steady innovation. tvtete's (2006) model is usable for systemic approach to build up systematic activities based on connection of internal and external sources. Kind of 360 degree view is necessary to observe the SMS-s territory. Development of management is initial and requisite condition for successful introducing and maintaining of innovation in the company. Leaders for transforming, a good eye for early observation of changes, steady concepts and patterns for systematic action are needed. Novel efforts to build up networks (as social as entre preneurial) have a real impact on success of innovations and their market valorisation.
