بررسی گزینش لاین ها در نسل های در حال تفکیک گندم دوروم برای صفات زراعی موثر در عملکرد دانه در شرایط سردسیر دیم

Because of tetraploidy property and limitation of access genetic diversity, durum improvement is rather difficult. Progress in durum wheat breeding depends on making diverse population and selection the best genotypes among them. In this study 77 and 84 segregating population in F2 and F3 were evaluated, respectively. Also 77 families in F6 stage from durum wheat hybridization program in Maragheh station were evaluated. Modified bulk method used for evaluation and selection of filials. Some characteristics of filials such as: cold tolerance, earliness, diseases tolerance (yellow rust, stem rust, common bunt and dwarf bunt), plant height, compared with checks(Zardak, Gerdish and Cheheldaneh) and 46, 28 populations from F2 and F3 populations were selected, respectively. This study will be continued in next years till F6 or F7 stages(purity in agronomical characteristics). With considering of selection criteria from F6 lines, 17 suitable lines were selected. In next year selected lines, will test in preliminary yield trials.
