بررسی خصوصیات زراعی و عملکرد دانه لاین های جو در آزمایش های مقایسه عملکرد پیشرفته مشترک مناطق معتدل سردسیر دیم

Barley is a crop with considerable drought and salinity tolerance. Thus the coverage of the fields in dry and saline regions with barley cause more effective use of the potentials of these stressed regions. In cold and moderate-cold regions of Iran, farmers used to cultivate a Local Barley Variety (LBV) with good adaptation and high stsbility, but low grain yield potential in favorable years regarding amount and distribution of rainfall. Moreover, LBV is susceptible to disease and lodging. Introducing new barley varieties with good yield performance and drought resistance to the farmers can help them to increase their income. Barley yield trials play important role in breeding program to find out new varieties for specific areas. In this respect 48 entries (24 enteries/ each experiment) were evaluated in ARBYT1 and ARBYT2 in Sararood rainfed research station of Kermanshah and Shirvanchardavol research station of illam, uniformly. Based on analisies of varianse and mean yield coperision results no line sinificantly yielded more than checks. In conclusion based on significant yield differences with checks (Mahalli and Sararood1) and agronomy selection criteria 5 lines were selected from each trial.
