In present survay since may to november 1997, 120 soil samples from diffrent part ofHamadan province from 25 and 10 centimeter depth were collected and 640 sheep and goat's feae sample from new slaughered animal in slaugh terhouse were collected. At first by baermann faMel technique soil larvea were separated and sepatated larva studied by observing for. Gprowth of fungous on them. then. eggs and larvea of nematodes parasites of collected feaces were separated and concentrated. For isolation of nematophage fungi against nematodes parasite by two methods (Baennann funnel technique and soil sprinkling method) soil samples were examined against isilated farvea. In this survay any examination of egg counting of feacal sample were not show high EPG and nematophagous fungi were not isolated.
