بررسی و تهیه مناسب ترین ترکیب لاین های پنبه رقم تجارتی ورامین در استان خراسان

This study contain two parts, Lines selection and preparation of the best new line compQsiti9h for Varamin cultivar cotton. (Gossypium hirsutum L.) in Khorasan province, and makes comparison among the line composition from different years. We used Massal pedigree method for selection, and single plant selection for phenotypic characteristics, earliness, leaf area, boll size and yield in the field, and final selection made after laboratory steps and seeds from selected single plants compose seed nucleus of khorasan province for next year. Seeds of non-selected plants entered in seed propagation stages as Super-Elite category. We conducted post control experimenis (RCBD with four replications in 4 locations) for determination and evaluation of line composition selected from differences years. These results showed non significant differences among treatments in 3 years and 2 locations.
