Abstract:

Necessary to prevent disasters and minimize damage, engineers and professionals are assigned to always rush to find new solutions, effective and applicable in industries. At first,all efforts are focus to eliminate and prevent the creation of disaster. Because the risk of fire, especially in oil gas and petrochemical industries is always possible, creating such highly regarded protection is necessary. Generally, there are two types of anti -fire covers .the first coating is based on intumeascent organic materials, and are used often for inflated self cellulosic fires in homes is suitable to temperatures below 1000° C and second cover is based on Vermiculite made mostly for hydrocarbon fires And are used in industry which is suitable for temperatures above 1000° C. In this study, thermal performance of coatings based on Vermiculite has been studied and the raising of physical and mechanical properties of anti -fire coating using nano-materials has been conducted.
