Abstract:
The human body has a trillion of cells and during the clinical trials, if only one cell is available, the identity of a person or culprit could be recognized and it also can be applied in the judicial issues which comes such as detection of offenders committed a crime. In fact, there is a powerful arm for the judges, criminal and legal experts of the judiciary at the same time. The information obtained from the clinical trials and identification of the bodies, which is based on the unique sequences of DNA, is of great importance, since the precise identification of DNA from the body fluids such as blood, saliva and sperm in the diagnosis of sexual crimes or drug-facilitated ones really helps testify the evidences declared in a court of law.
