INDIGO DYE, PREPAIRING LIQUID DYE (SOLUTION)

In this article, we wish to prepare a liquid indigo dye solution on a laboratory scale in Khoy Textile corporation. Indigodye solves in water by 990 μg/lit. usually it's solved in water by reducing by Na2S2O4 in basic solution in pH=12. InKhoy Textile it's reduced by hydrogen gas in 5 Bars pressure and 50°C. The performance of this solution is 5% betterthan another solution or traditional methods used now. We wish to have better performance in the indigo dyeingprocess.
