Abstract:

The issue that has encouraged the author to investigate this issue is the necessity of establishing thirdgeneration criminal courts or the same combined courts in comparison with other criminal trials, while analyzing and explaining the factors of the formation of the East Timor Court as an example of the mentioned courts that also claim universal jurisdiction, and in comparison with the principles and basics of establishing other combined courts, has brought the reader's opinion to the advantages and disadvantages of establishing a combined trial. In addition to studying books,collecting documents and using internet resources,these courts have evaluated the existence of these courts in the society of international criminality positively. The necessity of establishing third-generation courts,including the East Timor court, as well as the outstanding benefits and role of these trials in investigating antihumanity crime is an issue that has created further investigation and research in this area, so the researcher intends to introduce and analyze the process of investigation in the combined courts to explain the necessity of establishing these courts in the international arena.
