Abstract:
سابقه و هدف: به‌دلیل مقاومت باکتری های بیماریزا به آنتی‌بیوتیک های رایج و اثرهای مصرف بی‌رویه آنتی‌بیوتیک‌ها روی ارگان‌های بدن محققین در پی یافتن عوامل ضد میکروبی با منشاء گیاهی، ارگانیک و عوامل فیزیکی، بهعنوان داروهای جایگزین هستند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر ضد باکتریایی روغن هسته انگور ازونه روی باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس و سودوموناس آئروژینوزا است.
مواد و روش ها: روغن هسته انگور بهوسیله سوکسله استخراج و ازونه گردید، سپس قدرت تأثیر روغن هسته انگور ازونه با استفاده از شاخصهای اندازه قطر هاله مهاری و حداقل غلظت مهارکنندگی و حداقل غلظت کشندگی روی باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس و سودوموناس آئروژینوزا با استفاده از روش تجزیه واریانس آنوا ارزیابی و تعیین گردید.
یافته‌ها: مقایسه اندازه قطر هاله مهاری رشد بهوسیله تیمارهای مختلف نشان داد روغن ازونه و آب ازونه دارای مهارکنندگی بالایی هستند (05/0P< ). کدورت و شفافیت حاصل از روغن ازونه در چاهک‌های میکروپلیت و میزان حداقل غلظت مهارکنندگی (۱۲۸/۰ میلیگرم بر میلیلیتر) و حداقل غلظت کشندگی (غیرمؤثر) روی باکتری‌ها را نشان داد.
نتیجه‌گیری: طبق نتایج بهدست آمده روغن هسته انگور ازونه را می‌توان بهعنوان جایگزینی طبیعی برای کنترل این پاتوژن‌ها به‌ویژه استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس بهکار برد.
