Investigation of work and gig economy status during covid-۱۹ pandemic in Iran

The covid-۱۹ pandemic has created socioeconomic norms and job restrictions, which have led people and organizations around the world to use digital technologies and new ways of working, educating, and so on. This allows employees to work-from-home (WFH) in companies and institutions, to prevent the spread of the disease. With these interpretations, the demand and volunteers of the Gig economy had also increased. According to the published statistics, Iran was one of the prominent countries in the number of people affected by this disease, subsequently affecting the daily activities and jobs in Iran. Therefore, in this article, by designing a questionnaire and a survey of ۱۰۰ people in Iranian society incorporating different ages, work styles, and social statuses, the economics of WFH and Gig have been examined in this period.
