Abstract:

Introduction : in worldwide Corona virus pandemonium , the point of virus diagnosis in crash time with most accuracy loomed large .so far , various methods for virus diagnosis is presented to medical realm . The goal of this study is presenting a new diagnostic method for Covid-۱۹ diagnosis which is not introduced yet however it will take advantage of less risk and time plus higher accuracy comparing to other methods .Materials and methods : according to conducted study, injection magnetic nanoparticles to blood flow can reveal the exact location of harmful virus activity. These particles which are covered with particular virus antibody, adjoined to purpose virus in blood and form masses therefore if the virus be present in the body , it would be recognized via normal imaging like MRI۴ and NMR۵ .Findings : injecting nanoparticles can be divided to indirect injection to blood after its extraction and a direct injection which both of them are provided with adequate immunity in laboratory tests , nanoparticles are added to human body fluids and if alive viruses exist in the body of an alive person ،they stick to antibodies on nanoparticles and create large masses . These masses are recognizable with imaging methods .Conclusion : as this method has worked on Adenovirus , HIV۶ , it's expected to be applied for Corona diagnosis and it takes less time and higher accuracy for virus diagnosis comparing to PCR۷ . this method can be a cooperative one . on the other hand , this method can be exerted on account of benefiting MRI which uses a magnetic field for virus imaging and not exposing the patient to rays .
