The experimental group held ۷ sessions of ۱.۵-hour while the control group was not offered any therapy from the second half of October until the second half of December ۲۰۱۹.   The questionnaire Fatigue (SPIN) and Life Quality (RCSQ) were completed before and after any type of (experimental and control) education. In addition to descriptive statistics, the study of variance estimation (MANOVA) was used to interpret the findings using the SPSS software version ۲۵. The Mean and SD for mental fatigue (۳.۰۲±۰.۱۰۳), and quality of Life (۲.۰۳±۰.۱۲۷) in pre-test and post-test mental fatigue (۱.۱۰±۰.۶۹۹), and quality of Life (۳.۳۱±۰.۲۲۰) has been shown respectively (p <۰.۰۵).
