Abstract:
Due to the widespread use of cyberspace in the lives of citizens and citizens' use of e-government services in cyberspace, on the one hand, the use of cyberspace is increasing and has many benefits and provides the possibility of providing e-government services to citizens. On the other hand, it creates the possibility of violating citizens' privacy. It is the duty of the government to provide conditions for the safe use of cyberspace for citizens, because with the violation of privacy and the digital divide, citizens are reluctant to use e-government services. To solve this problem, the government must fully educate citizens to take action to prevent privacy breaches, provide the necessary technical infrastructure to prevent these problems, and enact laws and regulations on this issue and use pattern from developing countries.
