Abstract:
With respect to the paramount importance of macro-planning and decision-making in organizations and situations complexity, we ought to apply effective decision methods for future planning and goal setting of the organization. In this study, the significant sub-criteria in decision-making are derieved and encoded based on the main criteria such as balanced scorecard system, financial criteria, customer, internal processes and learning and growth; then weighed and prioterized using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The prioritization will lead to raising customer satisfaction, optimizing working capital, quality management in organization's internal processes, relations with key customers, training courses based on the organization needs, managing the optimal use of assets, targeting customers making high profits, technology optimization, effective relationships with key consultants, the extent of enforcement and authorization and increasing skills, competitiveness and adaptability.
