Abstract:

سابقه و هدف: در زمینه روان شناختی محیط، رنگ به عنوان یکی از عوامل محیطی مطرح می باشد که تاثیر زیادی بر ادراک و رفتار انسان دارد. در بررسی عملکرد روانی- ذهنی افراد از شاخص هایی استفاده می شود که نشان دهنده وضعیت شناختی فرد می باشد. در این راستا، مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر رنگ بر عملکردهای روان شناختی افراد انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این مقاله یک مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک می باشد که در آن مقالات منتشر شده تمام متن به زبان انگلیسی در پایگاه های علمی Science Direct، Scopus، PubMed و ISI Web of Knowledge با واژگان کلیدی "رنگ، عملکرد، شناختی و روان شناختی" بدون محدودیت زمانی جستجو شدند و ۶۰ مقاله واجد شرایط مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: ابتدا ۳۱۲ مقاله از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی مختلف شناسایی شدند که ۱۲۳ مقاله معیارهای ورود به مطالعه را داشتند. ۶۳ مقاله به دلیل عدم انجام مطالعات تجربی حذف شدند و ۶۰ مقاله برای بررسی نهایی انتخاب گردیدند. در مجموع، شش مطالعه بر توجه انتخابی، سه مطالعه بر هوشیاری، چهار مطالعه بر عملکرد ورزشی، هفت مطالعه بر عملکرد فکری، هفت مطالعه بر پرخاشگری/تسلط، هفت مطالعه بر احتیاط/اجتناب، شش مطالعه بر جذابیت، پنج مطالعه بر ارزیابی فروشگاه/شرکت، هفت مطالعه بر خوردن/آشامیدن، چهار مطالعه بر حافظه، دو مطالعه بر برانگیختگی و دو مطالعه بر درک زمان تمرکز کرده بودند. نتایج نشان دادند که رنگ تاثیر قابل توجهی بر عملکردهای شناختی از جمله توجه انتخابی، هوشیاری، عملکرد ورزشی، عملکرد فکری، ارزیابی پرخاشگری/تسلط، احتیاط/اجتناب، جذابیت، ارزیابی فروشگاه/شرکت، خوردن/آشامیدن، حافظه، برانگیختگی و درک زمان دارد. نتیجه گیری: رنگ باید به عنوان یکی از راه های اصلی ارتقای سلامت روانی، ادراک و رفتار افراد مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
