This necessity led to the economic and social consequences of this disease on Iran. An economy that has gone through two difficult years, ۱۹۹۷ and ۱۹۹۸, and is now facing a global phenomenon. Today, the tourism industry is recognized as one of the three first-class profitable industries in the world, which in order to expand and develop requires the cooperation and agreement of environmental, cultural, economic, political and social factors at the community level. It has negatively affected tourism in Iran and the world. It is a corona crisis. And the result of research shows that this virus has a negative impact on all jobs in the industrial sector and has had the greatest impact on the GDP index of this sector. The corona virus crisis was first and foremost a threat to public health, but has gradually become a global socio-economic threat. There is a consensus among economists that this epidemic will have a severe negative impact on the global economy. And in Iran, the longer the period of the virus outbreak, the greater the economic impact on businesses and the negative annual economic growth. Therefore, identifying the losses and damages of this crisis on the tourism industry and socio-economic development of Iran, which is one of the most important income-generating industries in the countries, is considered necessary and important.
