بررسی تاثیر مداخله آموزشی از طریق تلفن همراه بر رفتارهای خود مراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به تالاسمی ماژور abstract

زمینه و هدف: یکی از راههای ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به تالاسمی ماژور، توانمندسازی بیماران از طریق آموزش خود مراقبتی برای مقابله با اثرات و عوارض بیماری و تسلط بیشتر بر بیماری و زندگی است. هدف این مطالعه تعیین تاثیر مداخله آموزشی از طریق تلفن همراه بر رفتارهای خود مراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به تالاسمی ماژور بود. روش تحقیق: جمعیت مورد مطالعه این پژوهش مداخله ای بیماران مبتلا به تالاسمی ماژور مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان حضرت ابوالفضل(ع) شهرستان میناب در استان هرمزگان بود. ۴۶ بیمار در گروه مداخله و ۴۵ بیمار در گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند.آموزش در گروه مداخله شامل آشنایی با بیماری تالاسمی، عوارض بیماری و رفتارهای خود مراقبتی بود که در طی ۶ تماس تلفنی به مدت یک ماه انجام شد.در پایان پمفلت هایی حاوی همان مطالب آموزشی تماس های تلفنی، به نمونه های گروه مداخله داده شد. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها در این مطالعه پرسشنامه بود که قبل و دو ماه بعد از مداخله آموزشی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار Spss نسخه ۲۲ و آزمون های آماری کای اسکوئر، آزمون فیشر، تی مستقل، تی زوجی، و معادل ناپارامتریک آن ها یومن ویتنی و آزمون ویلکاکسون تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافته ها: قبل از مداخله میانگین نمرات آگاهی، نگرش و رفتارهای خود مراقبتی در گروه های مداخله و کنترل از لحاظ آماری اختلاف معنی داری نداشت. بعد از مداخله افزایش معنی داری در میانگین نمرات آگاهی، نگرش و رفتارهای خود مراقبتی گروه مداخله روی داد(۰۵/۰>P)، اما تفاوت معنی داری در گروه کنترل مشاهده نشد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان دهنده تاثیر مثبت مداخله آموزشی از طریق تلفن همراه بر آگاهی، نگرش و بهبود اکثر رفتارهای خود مراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به تالاسمی ماژور بود، لذا استفاده از تلفن همراه به عنوان یکی از روش های انتقال مطالب آموزشی در زمینه خودمراقبتی به بیماران تالاسمی ماژور بویژه در زمانی که دسترسی به آنها محدود است، توصیه می شود.
