Guyon Canal Syndrome Due to Schwannomas of Zone ۳ Ulnar Nerve without Neurologic Symptoms: A Case Report

We report a mass without neurologic findings and moderate pain in a ۳۳-year-old male’s wrist at the ۳rd zone of theulnar nerve due to schwannoma that was excised successfully, and the patient was free of symptoms. We furtherdiscuss the prevalence and management of this lesion
