Abstract:
Simulation of a fixed bed reactor of a LAB pilot plant was carried out using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) in this paper. The continuity, momentum and heat transfer equations were solved using CFD. A parametric sensitivity analysis was performed to extend the optimized operating conditions such as H۲/HC ratio, temperature and pressure.
