Abstract:
The present study examines the role of the organizational innovation and human resource training on competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to provide a model of organizational competitiveness by considering the independent variables of organizational innovation and human resource training. The research questionnaire is designed based on literature review and interviews with managers of the small and medium business-sized in Iran. In addition, confirmatory factor analysis has been used to prove its validity. Data were collected from ۱۳۹۰ small and medium-sized businesses in Iran. Findings indicate that organizational innovation and human resource training affect the competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses, but the path coefficients show that there is a significant correlation between human resource training and business competitiveness
