Abstract:

The development of diagnostic factors for such neurodegenerative disorders as Alzheimer’s disease is hindered by several number of limitations that are often witnessed in the early detection of biomarkers in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and bio-fluids in clinical contexts. Therefore, the rapid detection measures of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) biomarkers which use innovative means and techniques gains importance. The surface plasmon resonance technique, which draws on label-free approaches or on investigating the interactional patterns of ligand and analyte, has been thoroughly examined in the state-of-the-art literature. Using this method, the researchers are capable of quantifying even minor volume of molecular structure which exist in the CSF and the blood samples
