Abstract:

این مطالعه به منظور بررسی فراوانی و برخی خصوصیات تولیدمثل خرچنگ Matuta victor و Matuta planipes در منطقه گهردو، دریای عمان از آذر ۱۳۹۸ تا آبان ۱۳۹۹ انجام شد. در مجموع ۳۱۰ عدد خرچنگ M. victor و ۲۹۷ عدد خرچنگ M. planipes جمع آوری شد. نسبت جنسی (نر به ماده) برای گونه M. victor به صورت ۴/۱:۱ و برای گونه M. planipes ۷/۱:۱ برآورد شد (۰۵/۰ > p). بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، میانگین پهنای کاراپاس و میانگین وزن بدن در جنس نر دو گونه موردمطالعه بیشتر از جنس ماده به دست آمد. در این مطالعه بیشترین و کمترین میزان هماوری کل به ترتیب ۴۵۳۵۳ عدد تخم (با پهنای کاراپاس ۶/۲۴ میلیمتر و وزن ۳۵/۶ گرم) و ۱۴۳۶۵ عدد تخم (با پهنای کاراپاس ۹/۳۱ میلیمتر و وزن ۲۹/۱۰ گرم) برای M. planipes، ۴۳۴۲۳ عدد تخم (با پهنای کاراپاس ۷/۲۶ میلیمتر و وزن ۲۵/۶ گرم) و ۱۱۶۳۵ عدد تخم (با پهنای کاراپاس ۵۵/۲۸ میلیمتر و وزن ۷۹/۸ گرم) برای M. victor شمارش شد. براساس نتایج بدست آمده بین میزان هماوری با پهنای کاراپاس و وزن بدن هر دو گونه خرچنگ مورد مطالعه رابطه معکوس وجود داشت. نتایج، نشان دهنده ی یک رابطه معکوس بین درجه حرارت و شاخص گنادوسوماتیک دو گونه مورد مطالعه بود. بیشترین میزان شاخص گنادوسوماتیک برای M. planipes در بهمن ماه (۴۴/۶ ± ۷۱/۱۰) و برای M. victor در مهرماه (۱۳/۲ ± ۴۱/۵) مشاهده شد. بر اساس نتایج، در فصول پاییز و زمستان، فراوانی خرچنگ M. planipes و در فصول بهار و تابستان  فراوانی خرچنگ M. victor بیشتر بود.
