Abstract:
Development plans and production planning depend on continuous and accurate monitoring of production variations. The basis of sustainable production in any plant is first identifying and then recognizing the parameters involved with the production process and their impact on the it. The use of statistical methods in production can play a vital role. The main purpose of production is to generate a high-quality product based on production indicators in a plant. This goal can only be achieved by collecting data and regularly and accurately monitoring the processing production line. This paper has investigated the performance of Miduk processing plant of Kerman. In this research, first, samples of feed of rougher cells in daily and monthly time periods were prepared and then parameters such as grade of feed and final tail, as well as the grain size of feed entering the rougher in the dimensions of -۴۵ and -۹۰ microns. The data were processed and analyzed in Minitab software, then the average grade for various months and seasons were calculated based on frequency. The fluctuations of grade for different months were negligible while, these variations were significant among different seasons. Particle dimensions were significantly effective on grade.
