Abstract:

An ultra-wideband structure has been presented for Radar Cross Section reduction application. In this two-layer structure including the main substrate and graphene substrate, this material has been used as a key element in controlling the total surface impedance of the structure and determining theRCS reduction. The proposed design over the a few MHz to ۶۰GHz reduces the bistatic RCS to less than -۱۰ dB by creating a phase difference of ۱۸۰°±۳۷° between the incident and the reflected wave (wave canceling). The proposed structure has several novel features such as wide frequency coverage withoutany change in the geometry of the structure, and insensitivity to the angle of the incident wave
