An overview of supply chain evaluation and supplier selection with artificial intelligence and decision making

The supply chain includes all activities from the purchase of raw materials to the delivery of the product to the customer. The supply chain, on the other hand, includes suppliers, manufacturers, transportation systems, retailers, and customers. This article provides a comprehensive review of the research literature and various models of evaluation of supply chain performance and supplier selection, research methods of these articles and the amount of research conducted on the above topics in the years ۲۰۱۶ to ۲۰۲۱. The main areas introduced in this article include selecting green, sustainable and agile suppliers, as well as evaluating sustainable and green supply chains and examining supply chain risk. This article goes on to identify some of the research areas that should be studied in the near future.
