An Overview of Data mining application in judicial cases to identify patterns of crime and crime detection

Crime prevention is one of the basic and important issues in human life that has been studied in different ways throughout history. Due to the development of information and communication technologies and the establishment of comprehensive information systems in police and judicial organizations and law enforcement and recording criminals’ information in information banks to identify crime and detect crimes is one of the Iranian police’s necessities judiciary. Undoubtedly, human social conditions make confronting the phenomenon of crime inevitable. The main purpose of this research is to study the method based on data mining. This method can be studied in various fields such as identification, forecasting, and crime prevention using data mining tools and algorithms and .using the existing database and their military arrangement at the crime scene to prevent crime.
