Abstract:
Many particular features h ave made derivative s fullerenes the object of numerous investigations over the last decade [۱]. Among th em, the ch emical, ph oto physical andelectr ochemical p roperties pl ay a major role, especially in view of possible applications, rangin g from med icine to material scienc e, to artificial photosyn thesis. Low solubility of the fullere nes in fluid s limits ap plication of these materials as medicinal effective material. But hydrophobic size, three-dime nsionality and electro n properties cause its use as medicine. Levodopa is a me dication us ed to treat P arkinson's disease. Par kinson's dis ease is asso ciated with low levels of a chemical called dopamine in the brain. Levodopa is turned into dop amine in the body and therefore increases lev els of this c hemical. Levodopa is used to tre at the stiffness, tremors, spasms, a nd poor muscle control of Parkinson's disease [۲]. Mech anical quant um calculations in theory level of HF/۶-۳۱G* were performed on structure of Levo-dopa and n ano fullerene-levo-dopa and som e different properties such a chemical shie lding isotro py (ıiso) and chemical sh ifts in this work were st udied
