Abstract:

Organizations and stores, in the process of adapting to change, have to reinforce their creative and innovation processes. Over time, non-creative organizations get out of hand or are forced to reform their systems. Creative strategies and the ability to execute strategy will keep companies safe from change. In the present study, the stores in Tehran city were investigated. This research is a descriptive and a survey one in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection to test the hypotheses. Random sampling was used to accept or reject research hypotheses and to find specific relationships among community variables. The size of the community has been determined from five senior executives and experts. SPSS software was used for data analysis and model validation. The results of the research showed that the creativity of the marketing strategy in its place has a good impact on the indicators of effectiveness (quality, cost, market turmoil, competition intensity, technology intensity) that the organization should pay particular attention to and the appropriate strategy.
